"Friends Against Scams" Drop-in Session (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Officers from the Wednesfield & Heath Town Neighbourhood Policing Team are on-site until noon today alongside a Wolverhampton Council Public Protection Officer.

What to expect: You can get free information packs on staying "scam savvy," advice on doorstep callers or online fraud, and discuss any other local safety concerns directly with your local officers. 

Love Your Community – Wednesfield North (11:30 AM – 1:30 PM): If you leave the library early, another community drop-in is starting shortly at The Hub at Ashmore Park.

Long Knowle Library Surgery (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM): Local officers will also be holding an afternoon community safety session just a mile away. 

Vehicle Crime: Officers recently arrested a 21-year-old man for driving offences near Bentley Bridge and seized two heavy goods vehicles suspected of involvement in high-value thefts.

Retail Theft: Targeted patrols have been active around the Wednesfield area to address shop theft warrants
